Mr. Phillips is Chief Executive and Operating Officer of the Council. He develops and represents the regional economic development vision and builds the programs and partnerships to realize the mission of the Council. Phillips is responsible for marketing the region for business locations and servicing the needs of business evaluating new investments in Clark County. Bart has over 25 years of experience in economic development and business recruitment services in Washington State.

Ms. Ashe's responsibilities include developing and executing domestic and international business recruitment initiatives. She brings extensive marketing and economic development experience to the position, both as a private consultant, and in the positions of director of marketing and manager of business development for the Nevada Commission on Economic Development. Ashe holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Speech Communications from the University of Nevada.

Mrs. Moore works with businesses in Clark County, Washington to help them flourish and to drive business expansion. Bonnie brings extensive private sector management experience to serve local businesses. In addition to her CREDC duties, she assists businesses in Southwest Washington meet their workforce needs through her connection to the Southwest Washington Workforce Development Council. Bonnie holds a master’s degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Newman maintains and distributes economic and site location information about Clark County to businesses considering new or expanded facilities. Customized research for clients is a specialty. Mr. Newman is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s of science in Economics.
